By downloading, accessing, registering, logging in, or using the TwothMatch app (iOS/Android), website (
), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use TwothMatch.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Key Definitions
"Account" – Your personal user profile created via sign-up or login on TwothMatch
"App" – The TwothMatch mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms
"Candidate" – A user seeking employment or temporary work through TwothMatch
"Clinic" / "Practice" – A dental practice, surgery, or employer using TwothMatch to recruit
"Content" – Any text, images, documents, profiles, messages, reviews, or other materials posted on TwothMatch
"Intellectual Property" – All copyrights, trademarks, patents, and proprietary rights
"Matching Algorithm" – Our AI-powered system that connects candidates with relevant job opportunities
"Shift" – A temporary or permanent employment assignment offered through TwothMatch
"User" – Any person who accesses or uses TwothMatch (includes both Candidates and Clinics)
"Verified Badge" – Confirmation that professional qualifications have been verified
1.2 Interpretation
"Including" means "including without limitation"
Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation
Words in singular include plural and vice versa
"You" and "your" refer to each user individually
"We," "us," "our" refer to Dev-Haus Limited and its employees/agents
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You represent and warrant that:
✓ You are at least 18 years old (or legal working age in your country)
✓ You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
✓ You are not prohibited from using TwothMatch by applicable law
✓ You are authorized to enter into this Agreement (not acting on behalf of another unless authorized)
✓ You are not subject to sanctions or restriction by HM Treasury or financial authorities
✓ You have not been convicted of crimes involving fraud, theft, violence, or professional misconduct
✓ For Clinics: You are authorized to bind your dental practice to these Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of these eligibility requirements.
2.2 Account Registration Process
To create an Account, you must:
Download the TwothMatch app or visit
Complete the registration form with accurate information:
Full legal name
Email address (must be valid and unique)
Phone number
Date of birth
Password (confidential and secure)
Professional information (qualifications, registration numbers, experience)
For Candidates: CV/resume upload
For Clinics: Practice details, size, location
Verify your email address via confirmation link

2.3 Account Accuracy
You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining accurate, complete, and current information
Updating your profile if information changes
Keeping your password confidential
All activities that occur under your Account
You agree to notify us immediately of:
Unauthorized use of your Account
Any security breach or compromise
Changes to your professional qualifications or status
False or misleading information you've discovered
2.4 Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential
We will never ask for your password in emails or messages
Do not share your password with anyone else
You are liable for all activities under your Account, even if unauthorized
We are not liable if your Account is compromised due to your negligence

3. LOGIN AND AUTHENTICATION
3.1 Login Methods
TwothMatch supports multiple secure login methods:
✓ Email & Password – Traditional login with email and password
✓ Social Login – Sign in via Google, Apple ID, or other providers (optional)
✓ Biometric Authentication – Fingerprint or face recognition (optional, device-dependent)
✓ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Optional additional security layer
3.2 Session Management
Sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity for security
You can manually log out at any time via "Account Settings"
We may terminate your session if suspicious activity is detected
You must log out on public or shared devices before leaving
3.3 Social and Third-Party Login
If you use social login (Google, Apple ID):
We only access permission-approved information
You authorize that third party to share your data with us
You can disconnect your social account anytime in settings
Disconnecting does not delete your TwothMatch Account
3.4 Device and Security Requirements
TwothMatch requires:
A modern, updated mobile device (iOS 13+, Android 9+)
Active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
Location services enabled for job matching (optional but recommended)
Notifications enabled to receive shift alerts (optional)
4. USER TYPES AND ROLES
4.1 Two-User Model
TwothMatch operates with two distinct user types, each with separate rights and responsibilities:
A) CANDIDATES
Who: Dental professionals seeking employment (nurses, hygienists, therapists, receptionists, etc.)
Rights:
Create and maintain a professional profile
Browse job opportunities via swipe-to-match interface
Apply for shifts (locum or permanent)
Receive AI-matched job recommendations
Message clinics and employers
View shift details, pay, and location
Book and manage accepted shifts
Track attendance and payments
Join community groups
Access support resources
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate professional qualifications
Comply with all applicable employment laws
Maintain professional conduct and communication
Complete booked shifts as committed
Report absences with notice where possible
Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
B) CLINICS / PRACTICES
Who: Dental practices, surgeries, or employers seeking to recruit talent
Rights:
Create and maintain a clinic profile
Post job opportunities (full-time, part-time, temp, emergency)
Browse candidate profiles
Use AI matching to find qualified candidates
Message and communicate with candidates
Access candidate's verified qualifications
View candidate ratings and reviews
Book candidates for shifts
Manage payroll and timesheets via app
Access analytics and hiring reports
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate practice information
Comply with employment law and discrimination regulations
Ensure safe working conditions
Pay agreed wages and fees promptly
Not request illegal or prohibited information
Maintain professional standards in all communications
Comply with GDPR and data protection obligations
4.2 Account Management
Each Account is personal and non-transferable
You may only maintain one active Account per email address
Creating multiple Accounts for same person may result in suspension
Organizations may have multiple Accounts for different team members
5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING
5.1 Available Plans
TwothMatch offers flexible subscription tiers for both Candidates and Clinics.
5.2 Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods to new users
Trial access is non-renewable unless otherwise stated
Trial ends automatically; you must subscribe to continue
If you provide payment info for trial, you authorize billing after trial ends
5.3 Pricing and Payment Terms
Subscription Billing:
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each billing period
We charge your saved payment method on renewal date
Charges appear as "Dev-Haus Limited" or "TwothMatch" on statements
Payment Methods Accepted:
Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Bank transfers (for clinics)
Currency & Taxes:
Prices displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
Prices include VAT where applicable
Additional taxes may apply based on location
You are responsible for any applicable taxes
**5.4 Billing Disputes
We charge your payment method on the first day of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
If you dispute a charge:
Contact us within 30 days of the charge
Provide your Account ID and transaction details
Explain why you dispute the charge
We will investigate and respond within 14 days
Unauthorized or erroneous charges will be refunded immediately.

5.5 Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy:
7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
No questions asked refunds if requested within 7 days of subscription start
Prorated refunds if you cancel mid-month (refund for unused days)
Non-refundable if shift payments or transactions have occurred
Non-refundable for violations of Terms & Conditions

5.6 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime by:

Cancellation takes effect immediately:
No additional charges will apply
You retain access until end of current billing period
You can resubscribe anytime
Account data is retained (see Privacy Policy for deletion)
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if:
You violate these Terms
You have multiple overdue payments
You engage in fraud or misuse
Your Account is suspended
6. ACCEPTABLE USE AND CONDUCT
6.1 What You Can Do
✓ Use TwothMatch for its intended purpose (recruitment/job seeking)
✓ Create honest, complete professional profiles
✓ Communicate professionally with other users
✓ Share your genuine qualifications and experience
✓ Provide honest feedback and reviews
✓ Report problems or violations to support
✓ Use features according to their intended purpose
6.2 What You Cannot Do (Prohibited Conduct)
You strictly prohibit:
❌ Fraudulent Activity
Providing false qualifications, credentials, or registration numbers
Misrepresenting experience or certifications
Impersonating another person or organization
Creating fake profiles or accounts
Using stolen payment methods
❌ Illegal Activity
Violating employment law, discrimination law, or data protection law
Facilitating money laundering or financial crimes
Requesting or offering illegal work arrangements
Violating sanctions or export restrictions
Engaging in any criminal activity
❌ Harmful Behavior
Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other users
Sending unsolicited explicit, offensive, or harmful content
Discriminating based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, disability, etc.)
Blackmail, extortion, or coercion
Making false accusations or defaming others
Grooming, exploitation, or abuse
❌ Intellectual Property Violations
Uploading copyrighted content without permission
Violating trademark or patent rights
Copying or scraping TwothMatch content
Reverse-engineering or hacking the app
❌ Technical Abuse
Attempting to hack, breach, or penetrate security
Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
Overloading servers or disrupting service (DDoS attacks)
Scraping or automated data collection
Circumventing security measures or restrictions
Creating bots or automated fake accounts
❌ Spam and Manipulation
Sending unsolicited messages or spam
Artificially inflating likes, ratings, or reviews
Manipulating the matching algorithm
Posting excessive content or advertisements
Recruiting users to competing platforms
❌ Solicitation and Scams
Directing users to external payment systems
Soliciting money outside of TwothMatch
Investment scams or financial schemes
Requesting payment for jobs
Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
❌ Professional Misconduct
Registering while barred from profession
Withholding relevant criminal convictions
Violating professional body codes (e.g., GDC, GDPC)
Reporting false absence or illness
Theft or dishonesty at workplace
Violating confidentiality or patient privacy
❌ Data Violations
Sharing another user's personal data
Recording conversations without consent
Breaching GDPR or data protection laws
Accessing data you're not authorized to access
Selling or trading user data
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
We may take action including:
Warning – First-time minor violations
Content Removal – Deletion of prohibited content
Temporary Suspension – Account disabled for 24 hours to 30 days
Permanent Ban – Immediate and permanent Account termination
Legal Action – Civil or criminal proceedings (fraud, harassment, crime)
Reporting – We may report to GDC, police, or other authorities
Payment Denial – Withholding payments owed
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
7.1 Your Content
"Your Content" includes:
Your profile information, photo, and description
Messages and communications
Reviews and ratings
Feedback and testimonials
Documents (CV, certificates, references)
Any other material you upload or submit
7.2 Your Ownership and Responsibility
You own Your Content. We do not own, claim, or assume ownership of anything you create.
You are solely responsible for:
Legality and accuracy of Your Content
Obtaining necessary rights and permissions
Not infringing third-party intellectual property
Not violating anyone's privacy or rights
Compliance with all applicable laws
You represent and warrant that:
You have the right to post Your Content
Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights
Your Content is truthful and non-defamatory
You have obtained necessary consents (photos, references, etc.)
7.3 License Grant
By posting Your Content on TwothMatch, you grant us:
Non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Your Content
Right to display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content
Right to create derivative works (such as anonymized data)
Right to use Your Content in marketing and promotions
Right to use aggregate/anonymized data for analytics
This license is perpetual, even if your Account is deleted.
7.4 Removal of Content
We may remove Your Content if:
It violates these Terms
It is illegal or harmful
It violates third-party rights
It is reported by another user
We believe it's appropriate for safety/legal reasons
You can delete Your Content anytime via your Account settings. Deletion removes it from public view but may remain in backups.
7.5 User-Generated Reviews and Ratings
TwothMatch allows users to post reviews and ratings of:
Clinics (by Candidates) – professionalism, pay, conditions, communication
Candidates (by Clinics) – reliability, professionalism, quality of work
Shift experiences – work environment, management, pay
Review Guidelines:
✓ Be honest and fair
✓ Base reviews on personal experience
✓ Provide specific, constructive feedback
✓ Maintain professionalism
❌ Don't post defamatory content
❌ Don't post personal attacks
❌ Don't solicit false reviews
❌ Don't post confidential information
We reserve the right to:
Remove false or defamatory reviews
Suspend users who abuse the review system
Investigate disputed reviews
Not be liable for review content posted by users
8. SHIFT BOOKINGS AND EMPLOYMENT
8.1 Nature of Relationship
IMPORTANT: TwothMatch is a recruitment and job-matching platform only. We are NOT:
An employer of Candidates
An employment agency requiring agency licenses
A recruiter making hiring decisions
A party to employment contracts
Responsible for employment disputes
TwothMatch simply:
Matches Candidates with Clinics using AI
Facilitates communications
Provides a booking platform
Processes payments
Does NOT create employment relationships
8.2 Shift Posting and Availability
For Clinics:
You are solely responsible for shift details, pay, requirements
You warrant all information is accurate and legal
You may cancel or modify shifts with reasonable notice
You must have authority to post shifts
You are responsible for compliance with employment law
For Candidates:
You can only accept shifts you can actually perform
You warrant your qualifications are accurate
You accept shifts as a binding commitment
You must notify clinic of any inability to work
8.3 Booking Process
Candidate swipes/applies for a shift posted by Clinic
Clinic reviews candidate profile and qualifications
Clinic accepts or rejects the application
If accepted, shift appears in Candidate's calendar
Candidate can confirm attendance or request cancellation
Clinic confirms candidate for the shift
Shift occurs – Candidate works, Clinic supervises
Payment processed via TwothMatch within 5 business days
8.4 Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Candidate Cancellation:
May cancel up to 24 hours before shift start (no penalty)
May cancel within 24 hours (clinic may flag as unreliable)
No-show (failure to appear without notice) may result in:
Negative review/rating
Account warnings or suspension
Blacklisting by specific clinics
Clinic Cancellation:
May cancel up to 48 hours before shift (no penalty)
Less than 48 hours: Candidate may be entitled to cancellation fee (per terms)
Excessive cancellations may damage clinic reputation
8.5 Employment Terms
Each shift creates a separate work arrangement. Specific terms are agreed between Candidate and Clinic:
Job Title and Duties – What work will be performed
Location – Where work will be performed
Hours – Start and end times, breaks
Pay Rate – Hourly rate, total compensation, payment schedule
Classification – Locum/temporary/permanent status
Contract Type – Whether covered by written employment agreement
Expenses – Who covers travel, parking, uniform, etc.
Health and Safety – Clinic's responsibility to provide safe environment
Qualifications – Clinic verifies candidate's credentials match requirements
Insurance – Candidate responsible for own professional indemnity (unless clinic provides)
We do not:
Determine employment status or classification
Set pay rates or terms
Verify shift completion
Mediate employment disputes
Guarantee shift duration or renewals
8.6 Verification of Qualifications
For Candidates:
We verify qualifications against GDC or professional bodies where possible
A "Verified Badge" indicates qualifications have been checked
You are still responsible for accuracy of information
Clinics should independently verify if required
We may perform random audits
For Clinics:
Verify candidate information meets your legal requirements
Check references independently
Confirm professional indemnity insurance
Ensure compliance with employment law
We recommend obtaining written employment agreement
8.7 Employment Law and Compliance
Clinics are responsible for:
Compliance with employment law (Written Statement, minimum wage, working time)
Discrimination law (not discriminating against protected characteristics)
Health and safety regulations
Tax and National Insurance deductions
Providing safe working conditions
Contract terms and dispute resolution
Candidates are responsible for:
Declaring relevant health conditions or disabilities
Notifying clinic of conflicts of interest
Confirming ability to work legally in UK
Right to work checks
Professional registration status
TwothMatch is not liable for employment-related disputes including:
Non-payment or underpayment of wages
Discrimination or harassment
Health and safety violations
Wrongful termination
Breach of employment contracts
Working time violations
9. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
9.1 Payment Processing
Subscription Payments:
We process subscription fees via Stripe or PayPal
Charges occur on subscription renewal date
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Failed charges will be retried; see section 9.3
Shift Payments (Locums):
We process payments from Clinics to Candidates
Payments calculated based on hours worked and agreed pay rate
Payments made within 5 business days of shift completion
Clinic must approve timesheet before payment
Direct transfer to bank account provided by Candidate
9.2 Payment Information and PCI-DSS Compliance
We protect payment data by:
Using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors
Never storing full credit card numbers on our servers
Using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+)
Employing fraud detection systems
Complying with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
You must keep payment information current:
Update expired cards promptly
Notify us of compromised payment methods
Authorize all charges on your account
9.3 Failed Payments and Late Fees
If subscription payment fails:
You will receive email notification
You have 7 days to update payment method
We will retry charge on day 7
If still unsuccessful, subscription may be suspended
No late fees apply, but service access may be restricted

9.4 Currency and Exchange Rates
All prices quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
If paying from different currency, conversion fees may apply
Exchange rates determined by payment processor on transaction date
Additional bank/card charges may be incurred (your bank's responsibility)
9.5 Tax Obligations
Candidates (Tax Responsibility):
You are responsible for reporting earnings to HMRC
TwothMatch will provide Statements of Earnings if requested
You may need to pay self-employment tax (Class 2 and Class 4 National Insurance)
You may be eligible for certain tax deductions
Consult an accountant or tax advisor
Clinics (Payroll Responsibility):
Verify candidate employment status (employee vs. self-employed)
Make PAYE deductions where required
Pay National Insurance Contributions where applicable
Keep records for HMRC
Issue P60/P45 forms where required
TwothMatch does not handle employer obligations
We are not responsible for tax compliance—that's between you and HMRC.
9.6 Invoices and Records
We provide:
Digital transaction receipts (via email/app)
Monthly statements of earnings/charges
Annual statements available for download
Records of all payments made/received

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1 TwothMatch Intellectual Property
All of the following are owned exclusively by Dev-Haus Limited:
TwothMatch app design, code, and algorithms
Website content, graphics, and layout
Logo, branding, and trademarks
Matching algorithm and AI technology
Documentation and guides
System architecture and infrastructure
Databases and data compilations
Original written content and materials
Features, functionality, and improvements

10.2 Your License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and install the TwothMatch app on your device
Access and use TwothMatch for its intended purpose
View content accessible to you
Use features available to your subscription level
This license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
10.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of TwothMatch
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the code
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Circumvent technical protections or restrictions
Use TwothMatch for competitive purposes
Create competing products using our technology
Sell, transfer, or sublicense access
Frame or embed TwothMatch in external websites
Scrape or extract data from TwothMatch
Access source code without permission
10.4 Trademarks
"TwothMatch," the TwothMatch logo, and related marks are trademarks of Dev-Haus Limited. You may not use these trademarks without written permission except as necessary to identify TwothMatch in factual statements.
10.5 Copyright and DMCA
If you believe Your Content has been infringed:

Explain how your rights have been infringed
We will investigate and take appropriate action
If TwothMatch content is infringed:
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Repeat infringers may have their Accounts terminated.
10.6 Attribution
When using or referencing TwothMatch in media:
Attribute content to "TwothMatch" or "Dev-Haus Limited"
Request permission if reproducing substantial content
Do not misrepresent association with TwothMatch
11. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES
11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
TWOTHMATCH IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM:
❌ Any warranty that TwothMatch will be uninterrupted or error-free
❌ Any warranty that TwothMatch is fit for a particular purpose
❌ Any warranty that files or data will be free from viruses or corruption
❌ Any warranty of merchantability, title, or non-infringement
❌ Any warranty that results will be accurate or complete
❌ Any warranty regarding third-party services or integrations
❌ Any warranty that matching algorithm will find "perfect" matches
This disclaimer applies to the full extent permitted by law.
11.2 Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant:
Accuracy of user profiles or qualifications
Accuracy of job postings or descriptions
Accuracy of candidate information
Accuracy of pay rates or terms
Accuracy of verification badges or status
You are responsible for:
Verifying information provided by other users
Independently confirming qualifications
Checking references and background
Validating shift details before accepting
Ensuring work arrangements comply with law
11.3 Matching Algorithm Disclaimer
The AI matching algorithm:
Makes recommendations based on available data
Is not guaranteed to find ideal matches
Does not make employment decisions (you do)
May contain biases or limitations
Can be improved over time
You should not rely solely on algorithm recommendations—use your own judgment.
11.4 No Health or Safety Warranty
We do not warrant clinics provide safe working conditions
We do not warrant candidates are free from communicable diseases
Each party is responsible for health and safety compliance
Report concerns about unsafe conditions to clinic management and authorities
11.5 Third-Party Integrations
We do not warrant or are not liable for:
Accuracy or availability of third-party services
Security of third-party systems
Data handling by third parties
Service interruptions by third parties
Removal of third-party services
Changes to third-party integrations
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Liability Cap
EXCEPT FOR EXCLUDED CLAIMS (SECTION 12.2), OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO:
The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100, whichever is greater).
This applies to all claims whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
12.2 Excluded Claims (No Liability Cap)
Our liability is NOT limited for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Gross negligence or willful misconduct
Breach of confidentiality
Infringement of your intellectual property
Claims that cannot be limited by law
Claims where limitation would be void or unenforceable
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
Loss of data or business interruption
Loss of goodwill or reputation
Costs of cover or substitute services
Any damages not reasonably foreseeable
This applies regardless of the cause of damage or whether we were warned of the possibility.
12.4 No Liability for Third Parties
We are not liable for:
Actions, omissions, or conduct of other users
Discrimination or harassment by users
Non-payment by clinics
Unsafe working conditions
Employment-related disputes
Broken promises or misrepresentations by users
Third-party software or services
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dev-Haus Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees from:
Any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees)
Arising from or related to Your Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your use of TwothMatch
Your disputes with other users
Bodily injury or property damage caused by you
We will:
Notify you of the claim within reasonable time
Provide you sole control of defense (subject to our approval)
Cooperate in your defense
14. TERM AND TERMINATION
14.1 Term
This Agreement begins when you first access TwothMatch and continues indefinitely until terminated.
14.2 Termination by You
You can terminate your Account anytime by:
Selecting "Delete Account" in Account Settings
Confirming deletion via email link
Account deleted after 7-day grace period
Upon deletion:
Your profile becomes inaccessible
Messages are removed
Payment automatically stops
Shift bookings affected per section 8.4
Data retained per Privacy Policy
14.3 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if:
You violate these Terms (especially sections 6.2)
You engage in fraud, illegal activity, or abuse
You violate UK law or regulations
You pose safety risk to other users
Your Account is inactive for 24 months
You fail to pay subscription fees
We have reasonable safety concerns
You are dishonest or deceptive
You violate GDC or professional body rules
14.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to TwothMatch terminates immediately
Your Account data is retained per Privacy Policy (unless you request deletion)
Your pending payments are forfeited
Sections that should survive continue in effect:
Liability limitations
Indemnification
Intellectual property
Dispute resolution
Governing law
14.5 Appeal Process
If your Account is terminated, you can appeal within 30 days:

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16. UPDATES TO TERMS
16.1 When We Update
We may update these Terms at any time for:

Compliance with industry standards
16.2 How We Notify

We will display prominent notice in the app
Changes take effect 30 days after notification

17. GENERAL PROVISIONS
17.1 Entire Agreement

We are not employers of users

No agency relationship exists
17.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or epidemics
War, terrorism, or political unrest
Government actions or regulations
Internet or infrastructure failures
Utilities failures or shutdowns
Other events beyond our reasonable control
Notice required if force majeure affects service.
17.7 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms to anyone else
We may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors
Attempted assignment by you is void
Assignment by us does not require your consent

These Terms are written in English. If translated into other languages, the English version controls in case of conflict.

18.1 Clinic Responsibilities
As a Clinic, you are responsible for:
Verifying candidate qualifications and background
Complying with all employment and discrimination laws
Providing safe working conditions
Paying agreed wages promptly
Maintaining professional conduct
Complying with health and safety regulations
Handling patient confidentiality
Compliance with CQC requirements (if applicable)
Tax and National Insurance obligations
18.2 Clinic Data
You own your clinic data, candidate data you collect, and patient data
You are the data controller for recruitment data
You are responsible for GDPR compliance
You must have appropriate legal basis for processing
You are liable for data breach or GDPR violation
18.3 Booking Commitments
Only post shifts you genuinely have available
Ensure shift details are accurate
Honor accepted bookings unless emergency
Pay candidates promptly after shift completion
Provide feedback on candidate performance
Maintain professional communication
19. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR CANDIDATES
19.1 Candidate Responsibilities
As a Candidate, you are responsible for:
Providing accurate qualifications and experience
Maintaining current professional registration
Obtaining and maintaining professional indemnity insurance
Complying with GDC code of conduct
Attending booked shifts as committed
Reporting absences with notice where possible
Maintaining professional conduct
Confirming ability to work legally in UK
Compliance with employment law obligations
19.2 Right to Work
You warrant that:
You have the legal right to work in the UK
You are not subject to immigration restrictions
You have provided necessary visa documentation if required
Your employment status is lawful
19.3 Professional Registration
You warrant that:
You hold current GDC registration (where required)
Your registration is in good standing
You have disclosed any disciplinary history
You are not barred from practice
All information is truthful and complete
19.4 Insurance
You warrant that:
You maintain professional indemnity insurance (unless clinic provides)
Insurance is appropriate for work undertaken
Insurance remains current and valid
You can provide proof on request
